"my insurance rate jump to $30 without my acknowledgment and turns out allstate added someone with false information to my insurance without my permission.. i was never alerted by my agent mr davis or by allstate. They added all that person car accidents and tickets to my file !! very illegal and inconsiderate towards me i’ve been with them for over a year and they just tried to pull this scheme !! beware"

"I tried to purchase a policy back in April. The company screwed up the policy and told us repeatedly they did not have a policy for us. Fast forward almost 2 months later after we got a policy from a different company magically we are billed for a policy they told us we didn’t have. I did some research and sure enough a brand new policy was issued on May 25th without any signatures and an auto payment setup for a payment in June. The office refuses to help and constantly tells us to call back after our agents office closes to get help with our insurance. Overall my experience with this insurance agent has been horrendous. It’s clear to my wife and I (who both worked in the insurance industry for some years) that this policy was an attempt to collect a commission. They seem to be unable to explain how a whole new policy was issued almost 2 months later without our signature."
