"I would never recommend this company after having insurance with another company for aleast 5 years I decided to go with them for a more reasonable rate through my Employer....Was with them 2 months got a letter In the mail stating they wanted some paperwork showing I had Previous Insurance sent It In Twice. Just so happen To Call To make Sure my Policy was still active come To find out it was canceled & ONLY after getting this letter within 2weeks. Because of a piece of paper. I had both of my cars on this Policy They Put me in A Very BAD Position It was Ridiculous They did that over some papers & wouldn't reinstate my policy WOULDN'T recommend it to anybody"

"I do not recommend !! Someone hit my vehicle on August 17 and they were insure through travelers. It’s now September 19 and I am still dealing with this claim. My claims representative was highly unprofessional and barely answered my calls; Come to find out she wasn’t even in the office. Then someone else called me and he was even worse. He did not answer anything, voicemails, calls or text. I had to learn that my car was total through another random representative I called. I also had to wait two 1/2 weeks before getting any inspections or estimates. Then the worse part is my car was declared a total loss Monday and I didn’t find out until Thursday when I called and spoke with a random representative because the claims representative wasn’t answering for days. No one reached out to me to inform me I was going to be with out a vehicle. Then they don’t cover rental, I am only going to be allotted 7 days in a rental after they total my vehicle and pick it up. So after all this, barely any assistance without having to get upset. Awful communication between parties and just outright no disregard for the customer. Do not get travelers insurance, ultimately you just lose."
