"I am new in the business in Georgia and these guys are the worse to do business with. Very bad business practice Mike provided contacts for contractors (Alex Bonilla) that are clueless and only to sell me items that would never work for the pool design I have and then refused to take it back while they originally said I can return whatever I don’t use The whole team on site has a really bad attitude and keep laying as I call and call and they said they are busy with other customers but I walked in and no customers in the store. I escalated to Jason the manager and he also gave me a really bad attitude. Now I’m stuck with over $1000 of stuff that I don’t need for any other projects Their own employees are giving themselves five stars on the review such as Ryan Potts (Read his post)"
"The 1 star review just posted should probably mention he purchased his equipment through someone else’s account. He is not a builder, has no business license and quite frankly possesses zero swimming pool knowledge. Also interesting was his use of profanity in an office setting, funny how that wasn’t mentioned. Do you need the address for your county’s building & permit department? I know those fines can add up quickly."
