"Terrible customer service. Called in because door was locked was told repeatedly they would not see me because I didn't have an appointment, was finally let in when I specified I didn't want their help I would be looking only to pick out my tile. Don't feel like they care to get my business young lady was very rude on the phone could have offered to set an appointment instead of repeating over and over that they only see people by appointments. They asked for me to wear a mask which I would anyways, their staff needs to be educated on how to properly wear one above their nose if they are going to enforce mask wearing. A customer came up to the door and left because door was locked. Losing business. Such a shame because tiles are nice."
