"We have had nothing but excellent service from Blue Whale Pools. This is our first year of service with them. They have consistently been doing a great job, not only of maintenance, but also additional services such as installing a new underwater light for the pool, caulking the pool tiles, replacing the leaking pool control valve, replacing our 10 year old pool cover, and replacing the 10 year old filtration sand. And they have been rapidly responsive to the problems we have had. I enthusiastically recommend their services."
"Our neighborhood HOA has contracted with Blue Whale for the past 3 or 4 years, but today I was forced to terminate our contract for their failure to perform up to the contracts, inappropriate behavior/language from maintenance personnel and the owner (Morgan Vesali) who had the audacity to tell me I was the problem. BW's contract specifies they'll provide services 3x/week, yet I was constantly having to ask them to perform (mainly vacuuming the pool's bottom, cleaning the depth marker tiles and emptying skimmer baskets). I could never get Morgan to commit to a firm schedule of which 3 days they'd be on-site. They were also to empty trash cans, which were never done, and while their contract says they'll "clean/scrub the bathhouses with cleaning chemicals", never once were the bathrooms cleaned (I was told they'd pick up in the bathrooms, but they weren't doing maid service). I constantly had to remind them when we were low/out of toilet paper and paper towels instead of them taking the initiative to undertake that contract requirement on their own. Lastly, BW replaced decorative waterline tiles prior to the pool's opening in the spring, and instead of throwing the old tile pieces into the on-site trash bins, their personnel dumped the tiles over the fence into the landscaping surrounding the pool."
