"DO NOT RECOMMEND. Presently in financial dispute as owner walked off the job. We incurred additional expenses due to failed inspections, shoddy workmanship, by the their primary subcontractor Pool Service Solutions. Both parties have been unresponsive to our calls and emails for adequate and fair compensation. Had to hire another contractor to complete our swimming pool. it appears very likely we will be filing a small claims action in Forsyth County for non compliance of our contract.. We have documentation by Forsyth County of multiple failed inspections. Additional third party independent documentation from multiple pool contractors of extremely poor craftmanship. Mr. Lefkowitz also tried to change terms of our contract in final stages. When challenged he walked off the job. Do you homework and simply ask other pool contactors in North Fulton and Forsyth and about Pool Surface Solutions and Affordable Luxury Pools."
