"I didn't have work done by Atlanta Pools. I called to complain because I saw two of their employees drive 100 yards down the wrong side of Holcomb Bridge rd. just west of 400. I was very upset because a friend of mine was killed that way. I called the office to complain and was very rude. Told them what happened and hung up the phone on them. Several hours later the driver of the vehicle that I saw drive down the wrong side of the road called and explained that he had just been robbed at gunpoint and was actually chasing the thieves. He admitted he was wrong to do so and I accepted his apology. Although, what he did was wrong, he was man enough to apologize. I feel that his apology was sincere and heartfelt and forgave him. People in this world sometimes make mistakes, and they shouldn't suffer for the rest of their lives because of those mistakes. If they are half that professional building pools, then you are in good hands."
