"We had a liner replaced in Feb 2020 (right at the beginning of the COVID-19 Quarantine)There were some issues which required the pool to be drained a 2nd time, repaired, and refilled. We were concerned that we would be stuck with the extra cost, but Dwayne was so professional and covered all the costs. He communicated with us daily and we couldn’t be happier with our beautiful liner!! All of the employees, especially Kelly, were pleasant and helpful!
