"Bad experience trying to return a filter we bought was told it was under our account then all of a sudden when we needed to return it it wasnt on our account.(EVEN THO OUR REWARD DISCOUNT WAS TAKEN OFF) And we didn’t have our invoice . Well the employee assisting my husband proceed to laugh and basically say he’s making up everything he said. Refused to help him and told him come back when the manager is there. Luckily I found the receipt and went back to return it. One star because of how my husband was treated!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"I had a pool back in 2004. We went to Leslie's back then too. They're about the same now as they were back then. They have every kind of chemical there is for your pool Some pricing is a tad high, but everything is nowadays. They have everything you'd need, and if they're out, they can tell you which store has it in stock or order online or pay and pickup. Customer service in the store was nice, helpful and polite. No complaints. Plus, they have an app with a rewards system to keep you coming back. Pool stuff needed, that's the place to go."
