"Bought a Stove, microwave, washer and dryer. I was told that the appliances would be delivered on Aug 22. All I got on Aug 22 was calls of excuses and to be told that Lowes has NO IDEA where your order is and when it will arrive. Because of this inconvenience, it has caused me to spend exorbitant amounts of money to pay for their inconvenience. Not saying Lowes is a bad business, I'm just saying that this location will actually COST YOU MORE MONEY BECAUSE THEY ARE UNORGANIZED! customer service was also a nightmare. We gave Lowes hours ordering my appliances that day- hours, waited on a false promise and its approaching September. They have my $3200 and what do I have- I have to pay more money and try to figure it out. Costly!! I paid for a Hassle! Don't do it!!!!"

"Prices are great. Lines are long only 1 cashier working. Folks leaving carts and walking out. I drove over from Locust Grove for a specific item so I'll wait but it was a long wait and ALL self checkouts were closed."
