He explained everything thoroughly, and went above and beyond upon installation. The new pool pump was lower to the ground than the original. I'm sure a lot of people would have just found something to set the pump on as that would have been easier, but Chris actually spent the time to cut the PVC pipes shorter. And let me tell you something, it looks phenomenal. Oh and last but not least, he was a pretty cool guy too haha."
