"Tim is hands down the worst employee who works here, always smug, rolls his eyes at customers, and a sour attitude. They try and sell you everything, whether you need it or not. Because of yhw chemicals I bought here, my pool turned green and had to pay a professional $800 to clean it out for me, he asked me how I tested my pool and u told them Leslie's, he took everything I bought and lined it all up. He had me throw away 15 things that Leslie's sold me that were worthless. Super disappointed."

"I've been coming here for almost a year for my pool supplies. Everyone is very nice and helpful. I purchased new water pump and sand filter and Dave was amazing with the installation process. I would definitely keep coming to Leslie's for future needs."

"We had to wait longer that I felt like we should have for someone to assist us and then I felt like they “judged” us when we inquired about parts for an above ground pool. They promptly told us they only supplied for in ground pools and they would not have what we needed really before they fully listened to what is was we needed. So thanks but no thanks Leslie’s, we won’t be back. The competition on the other side of town is a lot more friendly and helpful so we will just stick to them. Ciao"

"This review is for the online service. Not the physical store. Folks there are very nice. When I closed my pool back in the fall, Leslie’s pool sent technician Brian to close it for the winter. Due to an original mess up by the builder, my deep end steps had to be mounted on hats and during the course of the year, the screws rusted and he could not get the steps off. At that point, he said that he could cut them off and when I opened the pool, he could come back, re drill the holes and mount new steps. I said not problem do that and when I’m ready I’ll call you guys and have that done. Just spoke to Leslie’s now and with a lady, that for a lack of better words, completely unsuitable for her position in customer service. Basically I wait for 15 min and was out on hold twice for a while so I could get zero answer. Nothing. This lady barely spoke. All she say is “we don’t do steps”. At this point and so upset at being lied to, I was less than a gentleman, no inappropriate language ever used, but I was mad. She hung up on me and that’s ok. Would done the same but the fact is that I’m a Leslie’s customer and they lied to me. Appreciate that Leslie’s and my apologies to the phone lady. Still in the wrong job tho."
