"Word in my area is that this store is horrible but I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt! BIG MISTAKE! Customer service is awful! Blond hair lady testing water is beyond rude and unfriendly! Guy who works in back gave wrong instructions for adding chemicals which caused cloudy water for days. They told me to add salt when I know it wasn’t needed! Went to another Leslie store the same day and my salt level was perfect according their testing. These people do not have a clue of what they are doing on top of being rude! If you can, go to the store on Dallas Highway instead. They are excellent! Cooperate should step in and do something about this store! Start by firing the blond behind the register!"
