"Today was our first visit and the front desk staff especially Jarneka was very friendly and helpful! The back staff not so much. Krystal was very dry and stand offish. Not a good attitude to have when dealing with Kids! Hopefully she’ll work on That. Otherwise we were satisfied."

"If I could give a negative star I would. Please take your child to a place that actually cares. Franklin Dental start work on my daughter's teeth after waiting for 2 hours in the waiting room even though we had an appointment, back in Oct she had 4 cavities. They repaired two and told us to come back on Oct 31 to repair the other 2. On Oct 30 I get a text message out of no where saying that our appointment has been canceled. I have called every day Mon-Friday since Oct 30 and today is Nov 28 to try and reschedule her appointment so they can finish their work. I have left several voicemails, their call center has put in several emergency request for them to contact me because now my daughter's is in pain, do to their lack of care. I have tried to find another dentist but they are cautioned to finish someone else work. This place is a joke. PLEASE GO ANYWHERE PUT HERE!"

"If I could put negative 10 stars l, I would. How are you gunna separate 2 small kids and then not inform the parent when one of the kids goes to a different spot for an xray but when we got here, they said just cleanings nothing else. They told me they wanted to xray my 5 yo but xrayed my 8yo without telling me. Unorganized. Unethical. Not to mention we got here in time for our appt and waited in the waiting room for over an hour to even be called back. Worst office ever."

"I always receive great service here. Dr. Spalding and Mrs. Felicia did a wonderful job while keeping my 5 yr old son calm during his procedure. The front staff are very professional as well as patient. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!"
