"Great visit, they even let me come early. They were respectful with my time, efficient, professional. My hygienist and My Dr. came in quickly and were amazing. The check out receptionist was the absolute perfect ending to a great day. This is one great office. Thank you guys so much."

"I call to ask if they do root canal and crown there, the front desk representative told me yes, I make an appointment and went to do so, after they do the X-rays, exams they call me in the room to go over my treatment plan the lady give me a paperwork to go somewhere else to do the root canal. I told her I was told from the front desk personnel they do both, she told me only some root canal the doctor can do, I said to her why when I call they never said that to me and that’s not the way to do business, tell the true from the beginning. When i call the referral they give me for the root canal they are charging again for consultation and X-ray for $334.00 and I just did a lot of X-ray today. I said to my self that’s crazy. I don’t like the lie that was told because I would go somewhere else to get everything done at one place ! I do a deep cleaning last year and told them I want a regular cleaning they told me I have to do a deep cleaning again before I can get a regular cleaning and that’s whatThat money making and crazy. People stop tell lies it’s not good business!!!"

"I had a major work done and came in today for a cleaning and was informed that I had a balance even tho I paid my balance in full last visit. I then was in formed I had a credit on my daughter account last visit and today I was told they did not see one.my friend told me this was her experience as well and had to find a new dentist, and I may follow suit. Never had a balance and I been to several different locations before."

"Overall my experience with the staff was pleasant; everyone was nice and professional. The reason for the two stars is because after my visit I was called and told there was an additional charge that I'd need to pay. The charge was for two elective services they offered after my cleaning which I was told (and signed a form confirming) was $20 a piece. After calling the office I was told their form was outdated and I'd have to pay an additional $9 because these services were $25 & $24 a piece. The $9 isn't a big deal, but the lack of accountability or willingness to say "Hey, we screwed up, we'll take the hit here" is why I don't care to go back. If I can't trust them to bill me correctly for $49 then how can I trust them to present me with clear billing for larger procedures in the future?"

"I've been coming here for about 2 years. Everyone is super friendly but yet professional. The Dr. Is very personable . The hygienists each and every time took very good care of me. Cleanliness is awesome just a great overall experience each visit. One negative is customer service up front. Not everyone but I think there should be some coaching on friendliness and engaging the the patients upon arrival and check in.. I would still give a five star rating."
