"I would leave No stars if I could! In Nov my children had scheduled appointments. The day prior Newton high school was on lockdown, and the day of the appointment I received notification there was another soft lockdown and an investigation was underway and we were instructed to not come to campus and students cannot be checked out.(come to find out the major lockdown was prior from a fight and guns being brought on campus so next day they pulled every student who was in the area for a interview investigation which was relayed to parents as another lockdown). I communicated as well as stated I would call back to reschedule, I called on Dec 1, Dec 4, and the 5th, I spoke with a female to verify what was supposed to be a scheduled surgery for my daughter the 8th. She stated she wasn’t on the calendar but would give me a call back(I’ve also had the calls pulled and sent to Attorney General for consumer fraud/mistreatment. fast forward I called their offices yesterday to schedule my children’s cleaning. The lady at the front desk think name Iesha or something said and I quote “ an administrative from Newton county high came the day of the lockdown and I was a liar the lockdown was the day before and there for they are refusing to see my children and I needed to find another provider” I asked for an email address to forward the lockdown correspondence as well as the next day investigation notification we received letting me know my child was asked to give a statement! She refused and repeated”you are a liar find a new provider” and hung up in my face! I’ve already spoke with Newton high who is doing their due diligence to find the “administration” who gave the false info or half info or locate the practice relationship with newton( wether she has a child in attendance or if in fact an administrative violated any obligations by stating partial truth)! I write this review to inform people steer clear! The Ghetto clearly! Not to mention they take a break around 1 supposedly suppose to open at 1:30 my last appointment we were on time and had paperwork to till out in which they didn’t open the door until 1:37! The ghetto! I want her held accountable I am in customer service and I wouldn’t dare speak in that matter to no one especially not a customer and to flat out call me a liar and said I never called back when after listening to the pulled calls I spoke with her and a colleague! I am exploring all legal matter because SHE WILL BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE!!!!! Not to mention how they tried to scam me stating my insurance didn’t cover sedation so I needed to pay 75$ to secure an emergency surgery my child needed only for them to give me the bill and code in which the insurance covered and stated they cover! So sad how medical professionals have taken a decline when providing quality care! They simply want to bill bill bill and assault customers!"

"Red flags Zero stars This dentist not kid friendly. I took my kids there for dental care. My older kids went first for their cleanings I couldn’t go back there with them that was weird but I thought maybe because they older but this where it gets tricky I took my one year old and three year old there for a cleaning you can’t go back there with kids 3 and older with a male dentist yes I have a problem. So I was upset and uncomfortable with that. Well I bring my older kids to get a feeling. They let me sign in sit down then call me to the window to say my kids was dismissed from the practice. No one called to let me know. Why let me come up there sign in sit down then say something? The older black dental assistant was rude lied and said she called she didn’t I have no missed calls from them. She also lied and said she would email my kids medical records this day 2 no records sent. Unprofessional if you ask me. Please don’t send your kids here."

"NOT Recommend! They used a stress blanket on my daughter without my consent. Stressed to me that it was nessary to use it on her even though I didn't give them permission. My daughter says they strapped her wrist down as well. I wasn't too excited about the place from the beginning when they denied me going back there with her.. I found out later that the consent that was give to use the weighted blanked was in the second paperwork that the front desk lady stated was only for the consent to numb her tooth in preparation to be pulled.. horrible communication and the doctors made my 9 year feel very uncomfortable."

"Definitely strange. Never been to dentist that won't let me walk to the back with my 5 year old. They insisted she go by herself which she already said wanted me with her and she was afraid. Lots of signs that say no cameras or recording but you want me to let my 5 year be by herself with strangers? Yeah right. Needless to say we left and we're still charged for services we didn't even receive. No deal."

"Fake reviews. This office pays the parents with a Starbucks gift card to leave a 5 star review. I did not like this dentist at all. The office is not kid friendly or inviting. They will not let you go back with your child if they are over 2 years old. That’s just crazy! My son said the dentist was mean and hurt his mouth. He said to never take him back there."
