"I've been a customer of this specific store since my pool has been installed. I've been happy with service until this year. After spending at least $400 this year and was basicly told that my pool gallons in my profile was not right. I told the manager i wasn't happy and was going to another store. I was given the sarcastic "have a nice day". Have a nice day? I was gonna dispute but after going to Brown's and being told i don't need anything other than PH reducer, i know it's all about the sale. Stay away from this Leslie's if you want to swim in the pool this year."

"While the prices are reasonable... The employees had no real knowledge of the products therefore could not help me. Not to mention, I had to go ask for help from the 3 employees that were chatting and hanging out behind the counter. None of them ever came to where I was, they spoke to me from behind the counter where they were sitting and then resumed their conversation. Brown's Pools will have my business from now on."

"We put the deposit down on our pool liner and was told that someone would be calling us between 7-10 days to schedule and complete the installation. Have not heard back from anyone. With the weather heating up, would really like to at least have an idea of when this will be scheduled for. No one that I have talked to at the store or when I call the service center has a clue how any of the processes work, or able to give me any sort of a timeframe. Have been told multiple times that a manager or the technician would give me a call back and have yet to hear from them. Terrible customer service. Apparently Georgia is the only state they install their own liners in, and no one is knowledgeable about how this is done, or where the liner is made or shipped to. Simply atrocious experience thus far."

"Arthur was absolutely zero help. We have a 14ft pool and he told us we needed the jumbo chlorine and then just left us. Asked him questions and he just did not seem very interested in helping. BTW the jumbo chlorine tabs are way too much for a 14ft above ground pool. Both the manager and employee seemed not to want to help us, but acted as we should know this information..that’s why we came to Leslie Pool, but I know better to go somewhere else!"
