"NEVER USE THEM!!!!! 2 separate times they told us they were coming to fix my pool motor and a separate time to put a pool liner in and never showed up either time even after they told us what time they would be there. Never called and never heard from them again. You certainly can’t believe anything Dylan tells you and definitely don’t give them any money!!!!"

"Haven't never use pool cleaning company before when they came it was two young boy's only thing they did was get some leaves out my pool and back wash it left a lot of leaves in my pool dust in my pool and when i called he told me to send pictures i did he call and said he got my picture and would get back in touch haven't heard from them been three weeks my grandsons got in my pool and tried to clean it and did a better job then them will never use them again not a good company at all DON'T USE THEM"

"Pool Genie replaced our liner about 3 years ago We noticed several pin hole leaks and there were wrinkles in the liner. The owner sent some guys out to repair the holes. They patched them, but they could not get the wrinkles out of the liner. The owner said he would get a rep. from the manufacture to come out to evaluate if they would replace the liner. After a few weeks with no word from him I called him and he said the manufacture would not come out. I just let it go because I thought all the leaks were fixed. The following spring when we took the cover off the pool, the water was down about 6 feet!. I talked to Robbert about this and he said he couldn't do anything for me. I used them to purchase all my chemicals for 12 years and they just treated me like I was not important anymore after they got my money for installing an inferior liner."
