"Had my pool pipes froze and unfortunately broke last weekend. Fearing the worst, I called Browns pool on Monday and spoke with Caroline. Told her what happened and she had a tech come out (Martin. Martin was great, excellent personality, I showed him what happened and we went right to work on the pipes. He had it rebuilt in about 20 minutes and then tested the system to make sure the. Damage was limited to just the pipes. Fortunately it was just the pipes. He was very thoughtful and had cleaned everything up and gave me some tips. Price point to fix the pipes was not bad. Many thanks to Caroline for working to get some out out there as quick as they did. FYI, Martin came out in a rain storm. Had to wait a few minutes for the weather lighten up but he went right to work."
"These folks helped me on my pool issue 6 years ago when I bought my house, The guys that came out were knowledgeable and taught me how to do it myself. They are always professional store. They get a A from me"
"I worked in Customer Service most of my life before retiring. I don’t mind posting a bad review but I also enjoy posting a good review. Browns Pool in Douglasville Ga. has a gentleman named Harold. He is the store manager and he provided the most excellent customer service I believe I have ever seen. Not many managers would go to a customer’s home and personally repair a pool pump, but Harold did so. He had our pump running again within minutes. I highly recommend Browns Pools and Harold. They are the best ."
"WARNING I WOULD NOT recommend Browns ************* We had a pool finished in June 2022 by Browns. During the construction, damage occurred to our driveway caused by dump trucks delivering dirt. We informed ****************** plus sent pictures back in February 2022. We were verbally told this would be taken care of when it was time to put the concrete around the pool . This is a shared driveway that we share with our neighbors. The pool was completed in June 2022 and we were verbally told they would reach out to the concrete company in July. It is February 2023 and we still don't have this resolved. After multiple attempts of calling, texting, and emailing the company we can't even get a returned phone call. They had no trouble calling when it was time for a payment and now nothing. Even my neighbor was surprised the company did not going to take care of the damage to the driveway. I am very disappointed in the lack of communication and professionalism. If you said you are going to fix a job you should do it. The pool install was for Kelby Canty. We have tried contacting the office a number of times and no one has returned our calls. We would greatly appreciate it if someone can contact us."
"Please be aware and see attached photos before choosing this pool service for any needs. They do not respond very well to phone calls nor emails. They have poor customer service and lack in professionalism altogether. We wanted to keep the business within the community to honor local businesses, that has not been a delightful experience to say the least. After spending over 100K on your “dream” backyard and pool, it has turned into a nightmare. We haven’t had two full summers since installed. No “ownership” and very poor communication on rectifying the problem. When they come out and survey your property, give their professional expertise on where and how to place the pool... Location, retaining wall, which trees need to come down, clearing, grading etc… They should know what they’re doing. The property owners are the buyers, not experienced in pool placement nor installation so you are taking them at their word and professional services. Still waiting on them to give an exact date and time when they will come address our “floated” liner. We can’t clean the pool for the wrinkles. The tanning ledge has now floated outside of the pool and in some areas have no water on it at all, the walls are all bubbled out, and you can’t even make out the “once was” steps going into the pool on the shallow end. It is a total disappointment to say the least. It is a shame that an establishment is so unprofessional and does not honor nor respect their work enough to go the “extra” mile for their customers."
