"Was there to pickup a prescription not Covid as hot"
"I came here on a Tuesday morning, took the test, and was informed that my results would be emailed within 2-4 hrs. Then, I was told to call for my results if I didn't receive an email by 3 pm. I waited and checked my email, only to end up calling at 3:30. I went through the promts and got to a message that stated agents won't give results over the phone and that my results weren't available. I called all day Wednesday, getting the same message. Finally, on Thursday morning, I called and spoke to a person who gave me my results over the phone and proceeded to say, "if you need a hard copy, you can come pick them up.""
