"I've been using this pharmacy since it opened. I have experienced delays a time or two, but they've also gone above and beyond more times than I can count."

"My medicine was transferred from CVS to Walmart on Memorial Drive because I am under a new Healthcare Plan. The Pharmist stepped in and helped me when one of the medicines was not transferred over. I felt Great knowing Walmart Pharmacy went that EXTRA MILE to help me. God, Bless"

"Horrible, the staff acts like judge and jury when handing out the Covid Antiviral Pills. In my experience one evening, The pharmacy did not answer the phone, just hung it up every time it rang. So as a new patient, with Covid, who needed antiviral medicine within a certain time frame in order for it to work, I had no idea how to pick up my prescription -because you're obviously not supposed to go to public places with covide, but the website says you have to go in in person and show your id in order to pick up medicines. So if you have no friends or family to go in and wait in line for you and ask them how to pick up a prescription, good luck! I ended up putting on double masks then going in to the pharmacy to wait in line, where they told me to go wait outside in the parking lot for it. Where they then forgot about me. And don't forget, they don't answer the phone when you call the number posted on the sign, so when you are waiting in the parking lot feeling sick as a dog you can't remind them you are waiting for your medicine when they don't bring it to you. Also, unfortunately, you can't call the main number at this particular Walmart and ask them to tell the pharmacy to please pick up their phone, as the operator at the main number also does not answer the phone. It just rings and rings or someone picks it up and hangs it up without speaking to you. In addition, you can't drive around the building and ask the employee unloading stock in the back to run in for you and ask the pharmacy to please pick up the phone because the stock person will just call you crazy and tell you to go away. So then when you have almost completely given up, but are terrified that you won't be able to take your medicine in time, you can go back in double masked, wait in line again, and the pharmacy staff will yell at you and then say that actually they did not tell you to wait outside in the parking lot for your medicine and that you are certainly mistaken. But even though you have covid you can just wait here for the pharmacist to get to you. So then you pull up a chair and wait for another hour to talk to the pharmacist, until the very end of the night (closing time) even though no one else is waiting in line. Then the pharmacist finally speaks to you and says she has your dr. on the phone. I don't know what she told my dr. but he then yells at me and says I can't have the prescription (presumably because I was acting crazy while waiting at the pharmacy-I wonder why??) and then tells me this is all my fault, I brought it on myself and I need to go home. I'd say this was one of the most anxiety-provoking, worst experiences of my life. ATTENTION WALMART: FIX YOUR WEBSITE AND HIRE MORE HUMAN BEINGS. Your technology and lack of personnel are causing people to not have access to potentially life saving drugs. (This experience occurred when this Walmart was one of the few stores in my city that carried the AntiViral medication). I feel for this pharmacy staff and I am so thankful that they do the work that they do, I'm sure they were too busy to be aware, but they severely mistreated me and misrepresented me to my Dr. ) Thank you *Edited one year later to add more detail and be less angry at the personnel-as Walmart truly needs to use some of the billions of dollars it receives to put actual real human beings in their stores...don't support Walmart, support a local pharmacy or a business that is run by humane humans."

"often out of stock, store hours unreliable (I've been twice during normal hours and just no one is there,) wait time on the phone and in person is usually extreme. I never leave bad reviews, but I have just had so many negative experiences getting prescriptions from here..."

"They are always out of stock with 3 of my daughter’s medications. ALWAYS! You would think since her and many other patients that probably take the same medication several times a day with large doses, that they’d order a huge load of the specific medications. But, nope. Now, I have to ration out her pills until they become available. I’m really considering switching pharmacies. I go to this one because it’s next door to my house, I know some of the workers, and I work at this Walmart, so it’s convenient. But I can’t jeopardize my daughter’s health anymore."
