Kroger Pharmacy

"Not a bad option if this location is one of several you use to fill your prescriptions. I made the mistake of having them be my only source. Online orders get canceled with no notice or explanation until I made it to the store. I've been getting the same scripts for four years. Never had an issue with the Kroger Dacula location. Belvedere is always out of stock with something. Ironically, the order gets placed once I get to the store and it magically arrives the next day. I've been waiting 3 weeks for one script due to a "nationwide shortage" per Belvedere Kroger. Had my doctor send it to a nearby CVS and they filled it the same day."

"This pharmacy is not even my pharmacy anymore because I got new insurance with in-house pharmacy system, but these people are really, really top notch with their customer service. I still get my partner’s meds here, and they are really helpful and tuned in to their customers."

"The people operating in this pharmacy are the best in all of Atlanta! They take the time to learn and know their customers! The last time I’ve seen this kind of customer service in a pharmacy was 37 years ago when I was living in Kentucky and utilizing a “Mom and Pop, Country” Pharmacy! I really appreciate their courtesy, care and respect. I spend a lot of my life, at this point, in Medical Offices (which I absolutely hate) and they try very hard to minimize my time waiting, and if I do, making me feel like I have been a longtime friend so I don’t feel like I’m in a cold, sterile environment! Love them one and all from the Pharmacy Techs to the Registered Pharmacists! Thank you!"
