"When no problems with prescription it's an amazing service HOWEVER if you need to speak to someone you are SOL (Sorry, out of luck but better yet Sorry, you are freaking out of luck and can hang it up getting in touch with a human). That's for phone call, text, and app. I have called multiple times and waited for upwards of 45 minutes. THEN, per their voicemail for a quicker response I have texted the number given and again for a quicker response I have downloaded the app and CRICKETS. So if you just need your prescription it's GREAT, they get rave reviews from me. BUT, Lord if you have an issue you can hang it up. NO HELP, NONE, ZIP."

I call in the morning and afternoon and nothing. They purposely put an obnoxious phrases on repeat instead of music so you just hang up instead"
"Back in June/July 2023, I loved this pharmacy. My doctor's office is across the street and she referred me. I thought it was a nice set up to be able to text and they were on top of it with customer service. Fast forward to September/October 2023 until now, it's totally different. I can't get anyone to respond on a consistent basis. I text and no one responds. I have absolutely no idea what's going on with my prescription and can't get through to anyone by phone. Don't waste your time!"
"DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY. My doctor has been using them to fill my Ozempic prescription, which I am not taking for weight loss, but for it's true medical purpose. They do not communicate at all. They do not fill their prescriptions when the medication becomes available. I have had to call over the course of three weeks after I was assured that they would follow up with me. They did not. They do not respond back to their text messages either. Though I understand there is a constant shortage of Ozempic which they can not control, their customer care should be better, given that they are locally owned."
"DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY!!!! My doctor uses this pharmacy and so I was referred to them. I had a major surgery and was then prescribed a medication that I RELY on daily. This pharmacy has been impossible to get in touch with. When you do, they are rude and hang up on you. I called asking about whether the price they quoted me was for a 30-day or 90-day prescription and the representative sighed saying "Oh my gosh so many questions". Then, once I paid for a 90-day supply, they sent me 28 days. No biggie. I called and double-checked that the next 28 days would be sent to me before the current 28 days runs out. They said it was auto-refill. I called 1 week before my meds ran out to CONFIRM that this was true and that there was nothing I needed to do online, in the app, or on the phone to have my meds sent to me. Well, a week later and there is no medicine in sight. I have called 5 times today, been hung up on 3 times, been on hold to speak to a pharmacist twice and hung up on both times. Now I have to call my dad to call them because I am not being taken seriously. I have paid LOTS of money for my 90-day prescription and can not even keep them on the phone long enough to receive what I paid for. When I called today I was told I needed to go refill my own prescription, so I did, and when I called and asked when I should expect my medication they said "I don't know" . Keep in mind, I HAVE to have this medication. Absolutely the worst pharmacy around. Terrible customer service. Would not recommend to my worst enemy."
