"Woman working the drive thru almost refused me service at said drive thru because it would be “easier for her if I came inside.” I have the flu. I was there to pick up my flu meds that took ~10hrs to fill a pre-packaged medicine. I hate it here. They are so cruel, unprofessional, unfriendly, lazy, selfish, just atrocious. Plus it’s super dirty in there. The most unhelpful, unfriendly staff there is and they tend to contradict what their coworkers say.. unprofessional all around and I wish I could use Publix Pharmacy again…"

"Terrible, watch them carefully at the pharmacy. They had to reprint a label for injectable meds that have to be refrigerated and left the meds out on the counter too long, they wasted those doses but would’ve given them to me if I hadn’t been watching and taken issue with them. I hope they don’t try to give them to someone else."

"Like others, a ZERO star if possible. I get that Georgia (maybe Atlanta-specific) is not know primarily for its customer service, but two *****y experiences in one trip? That’s something. One at the pharmacy and one and checkout. I just moved across town and this CVS was the closest. I am already transferring my other scripts out of here. I wish I could give the entire store a big ol’ dose of lithium to improve the mood. And as this location is across from Emory, getting a doctor to prescribe it shouldn’t be too hard. SMH…"

"I only had to visit this CVS location because It was late and Most pharmacies is closed. For the amount of traffic at this store and being opened 24 hours, I could say that it is somehow organized. It is very easy to dissect the store and find whatever you May be in need of. Though, I am not sure the drive through operates past certain hours."
