"Horrible service. I am calling from a physician's office to phone in a prescription, normally I would have the option to leave a message with the RX information, however, today I'm not getting this option. So far, I have been on hold for 20 mins., after already being hung up on after the 1st time I called and being on hold for 30 mins. After a few minutes the phone will ring and then I'm quickly put back on hold, if someone instead of putting me on hold each time would ask what I need and then transfer me to the voicemail, that would be helpful as I'm also at work and don't have the luxury of being on hold all day. Ok, it finally started ringing and then hung up on me. I'm done."

"I hate this location. If I were not obligated to fill my prescriptions through Walgreens as my husband is an employee there I would never return to this Walgreens site again. Every time I've been to the store I've gotten an attitude. I got an attitude over the phone and I've got an attitude in person. Most recently I dropped off a prescription for a medication that needs to be ordered and was told that they didn't carry the medication so I should be on my way. Knowing better I asked the girl if she could please order the medication and she said "well it's not going to be until next week until you get it so you might want to go someplace else". And I said I can't, so I need you to order the medication and then we sat at the drive thru and waited while she took care of people at the counter inside the store and then came back to the drive-thru and said you need to get a prior authorization from your prescriber before we can order the medication. So you'll need to go home and call your physician and tell them you need a prior authorization. This is something that the pharmacy has always done for me over the past 15 years. I hate this location."
