"My service encounter at the 7207 Rockbridge Rd, Stone Mtn, GA location on 1/2/24 deserves less than zero stars! The representatives walked past me at the drive-thru for nearly an hour refusing to offer assistance and despite horn-blowers behind me."

"Kayla there's always friendly and helpful even when it's busy never frustrated great customer service. Helps me resolve my problems."

"If I could give this location zero stars, I would. The drive through is never open. They cancel prescriptions with no notification and no reason, only to fill it when you go into the store and point out what happened. They do not treat customers fairly. They will let some people cut the line, but send others in the exact same situation to the back. They cannot answer any questions and only point to the computer and say that’s what it says. Every time I have to call, which is just about every month, it takes literally hours to get someone on the phone."

"Walked in, and were greeted by the yelling of workers behind the pH counter. They weren't arguing. Just carrying on a conversation. But honestly, does the entire store need to hear what they are discussing? With so many pharmacies within a couple minutes of each other, I definitely will not be back to this location. They were sold out of the items I wanted anyway."

"Will not be using this local pharmacy again. The level of customer service is not worth it. Since I have found out about Capsule Pharmacy that will deliver my medicine for free and are super nice and helpful. I will not subject myself to these neighborhood pharmacies with all these attitudes."
