"This used to be the best pharmacy. I have been using moyes when they only had the one in Hampton. But since Randy left, it has gone downhill. It was still good when Rhona was there, but since she left, the new people they have working there, are nowhere near as friendly, or efficient, or professional, as the previous employees. And for a while there, every month there was a new issue with my medications. I previously received all my medications on the same day, at the same time. I get the same medications every month. Have for about 28 years, but then it was a problem one month and i couldn't get a certain medication in that day, then next month, another problem with my medications, and so on, and this went on for almost a year. Now i have to make more than one trip to pick up my medications bc it has gotten where over time, i get part of them one week and the other part the next week! Which is ridiculous that i have to make 2 separate trips since I don't live in Locust Grove anymore. I have moved further away"

"Went in here to get a prescribed inhaler and I didn't expect such a clean and comfy place like this. The staff were very polite and helpful despite being busy. Despite being a pharmacy they also have cute home decor and a great selection other besides medical supplies. And everything is at a decent price!"

"I have been coming to this location for 15 YEARS and all was great with Miss Beverly and Randy every customer was happy but they replaced Ms Beverly and Randy and are no longer here for their great customer service which they used to provide theres now a new pharmacist who replace them and so far not that good. The people behind the counter are great but service lacks!! The entire team knew who I was and was very polite to me. I have lost members Who either decided to quit or go to another location Tracy, Reed & others, knew my name and always used to greet me and it seems like they always go the extra step with customer service. I keep having the same problem with my medication monthly they are out of it. Now miss Beverly works at the Jackson location.... I have sent my daughter to pick up my medication last week or the week before and it was raining so hard they decided to shut and lock the drive-through window because of rain, as to their inconvenience my daughter had to go inside because of this inconvenience…the lines are terrible. The new pharmacist is not polite and some other people have to wait in line due to such ..."
