Walmart Pharmacy

"A dentist submitted two prescriptions for me. After calling Walmart twice, and being told that I didn't have a prescription, I contacted the dentist, who sent me a copy of both. Then the Walmart automated system acknowledged one prescription was filled and that the other one was being filled, and would be available after 4:00 PM today. After two other attempts to find out the status, the availability status changed until the next day. With the medication only being the very common amoxicillin, I can't understand why it is not immediately available. Had Walmart Pharmacy not delayed the process by claiming I didn't have any available prescriptions, I would have asked the dentist to send the prescription elsewhere. Walmart Pharmacy disappointed me with the whole process. Next time I will choose a competitor."

"I went this pharmacy to pick up my meds only to be asked randomly am I allergic to any medications when I stated yes the cashier ask what meds and what does it do to me I replied the meds and that it gives me a TERRIBLE COUGH she replied that's not allergic and that it does this to her I want to know what did any of that have to do with my meds not being ready and not even at her pharmacy"

"These ladies are awesome!! I've been coming here for years and have always been treated with the upmost respect. The techs go out of their way to help communicate with my Dr. to make sure I'm getting proper medicine. Some people like to think that as soon as your doctor sends a prescription over, that it will be instantly filled... that is not the case. These ladies work very hard, are quick and do a great job! The pharmacists are knowledgeable and will give all info on medications. I highly recommend this pharmacy! Thank y'all for your hard work! :D"
