"I had the absolute worst experience at the deli department. I was on the phone but was trying to make eye contact with the lady behind the counter. I had to ask of there was someone that could help. I was told once I got off the phone. What?! If I had an ear bud would she have said that. And honestly, she was straight up rude! I will never go back. Never."
"TERRIBLE SERVICE. I wasn't going to qualify but this is the third time this has happened, it takes them a long time to get a medication ready. and if you arrive and ask, they answer you in a bad way and with "IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE A MESSAGE THAT HAS ALREADY BEEN DONE, DO NOT COME OR SHOW UP." I need the medicine for my 3-year-old son, he has been waiting for the medicine for two days and nothing. Will they have it ready for me, when my son is healthy? I have been visiting this pharmacy for many years but it is definitely time to look for better options."
"This location has been good for me until the last couple of prescriptions but it has gone downhill quickly. The last prescription for my BP medication took 3 days and I had to call and they still didn't have it ready. Today, the doc called in prescriptions for my flu bug at noon. At 3 I called to see if it was ready and the girl told me they would have it ready in a few minutes. I still hadn't heard anything by 6 so I called again and the guy gave me the same answer, ready in a few minutes...definitely by 7. I told him about the earlier girl and he said they were really busy and he had 30 people in front of him waiting...which I knew wasn't accurate because I have never seen more than 5 or 6 waiting. At any rate, I sent my wife up there and she still had to wait 10 minutes. If you are going to tell me you are going to have it ready in a few minutes, honor your word. I'll be transferring my pharmacy on my very next prescription."
"This place is hit or miss about 80% of the time. I’ve always been coming here and stay out of pure convenience. This was the cherry on top. They lost a prescription I brought on Sunday… I was told it would be ready tomorrow around 2pm. That is fine. I being my brother’s medication in before he needs them. I came that Friday to pick it up even though I hadn’t received a text. It’s okay cause sometimes I delete them by accident. I come in and they have NO idea what prescription I am even talking about. Then staff is trying to find the prescription I brought in. Luckily they found it and I was about to get it after waiting for them to fill it. It may have been a mistake but what if they couldn’t find it? It’s ADHD medication. It’s not antibiotics that I can just quickly ask for another prescription. I would have preferred an apology but they filled it and was like thank you! I get it, it wasn’t the end of the world. Sometimes saying “I’m sorry, it was an honest mistake” goes a long way."
"I had my prescription transferred here. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a pharmacy. I could never get anyone on the phone to check the status of my prescription. There was no info on the app. You will only be able to reach the store customer service where they tell you the pharmacy is extremely busy. Well they're not busy filling my prescription. No matter what time of day I call they never answer. Finally day 2 of waiting someone from the pharmacy calls at 8pm to tell me they still have not filled my prescription give them 30 or so more mins. I received the text saying my prescription is ready. It had a cost attached. There should be no cost. I took a chance and called. They actually answered and I asked abt the cost. She said there was no insurance info. I told her that is incorrect. I attached the front and back of my insurance card through the app. She put my on hold and came back and said there was no charge. This pharmacy has the poorest customer service and turn around for prescription. If u are super sick and in pain I would not recommend this pharmacy because there's no telling when you will get your medication."
