"Needed a new winter cover, I asked the employee working for a cover for my 15' pool. He gave me the cover I purchased. The cover did not fit!!! I called and told a lady what happened she says I needed to buy an 18' cover. Long story short I bought a $75 cover that they won't exchange for a larger cover even though that's the cover they gave me to use. I go there for convenience to not drive down 75 to Chattanooga. I guess I'll just drive to Chattanooga here on out."
