"Nightmare Phone call!! Charge me $0.50 extra salad dressing. I called. Charge was because I ordered light ice. I said didn't show up on the screen when I ordered. Manager said she didn't have to tell me what she was charging me. That this was the orders that had been handed down from above and that she had to follow them. that customers didn't need to be knowing that they were being charged extra for getting no ice. And that it was really none of my business. You can imagine I had a kind word to say to her over that. And what's even funny is I ordered Light ice not no ice and they gave me none. Now they're the ones that made their coat prices a dollar. Any size. It's free refills. but they're taking advantage of the drive-thru by charging an extra 50 cents she said because she has to put more coke in the cup when I don't get ice. but yet I could drink that coke and walk right back in the store and get as many refills as I wanted to. LOL so I'm calling the main office now."
