"The girls @the deli /sandwich area are lovely 10/10. however the hot food counter staff needs major work several times in the last two weeks either they are SLOOW ,HAS A NASTY ATTITUDE OR JUST PLAIN RUDE..I've spoken to management about this but its not always the same rude slow person..."

"Pharmacists and techs are very nice. But, they are very clearly completely swamped and cannot handle the volume. One tech and one pharmacist on duty is completely inadequate to handle all the physician phone calls, requests, patient calls, checking out, RX submission, transfers, and special requests. To PUBLIX corporate: this message is for you— staff your pharmacy appropriately! You need another tech, or better yet another pharmacist on duty to handle this midtown location. I am beyond frustrated with the lack of service due to your staff being unable to handle everything. It’s not their fault either. Do your job and get reinforcement. Im about to take my business elsewhere and not shop at your stores anymore. Put your customers first!"
