"Called to ascertain when I could come in to get a. Covid booster. You would think, from the full-of-herself pharmicist, that I had asked for black market contraband. I was lectured on how “ we all need to be part of the community” and further, that resrving a time was elitist vs. just showing up when the supplies are there! Finally, when asked if I wanted to speak to the pharmacy manager, and answering “ yes, let me speak to him”. that the manager was a woman, and since I used the pronoun HIM, would I still be willing to speak to the manager as the manager was a woman!” Condescending hardly covers this crew, particularly given that they portray themselves as the friendlier one shop, one store caring pharmacy!! A short addendum— both Publix and Kroger allowed appointments— got the booster early Saturday at Publix by appointment!"

All items are overpriced and if something doesn’t fit your needs you can’t return it. And if this greedy owner is so strict about pandemic she needs to provide gloves and masks and no items should be touched as they are all the time."
