"Went after work to pick up medication for my wife. Drive through was out of order, no parking spots available so I had to park next door instead. Almost didn't make it as I got inside at 6:45. The employees said that "everything shuts down" at 7, including the computer system. They refused to apply the person before me's insurance as "it would take too long". Gave her the option of paying full price or coming back tomorrow. I find it appalling that critical medication suppliers could have a hard time cut-off built into their system. As a software developer myself this is highly unethical. I can't imagine whoever thought this was a good idea or the type of person who would willing implement it. So tl:dr go early."

"Hamid in the pharmacy is awesome! He always has treats available for my dogs, which ride with me everywhere I go. This CVS has become my dog's favorite restaurant lol."

"The pharmacy staff busts their butts, are compassionate, and try to help everyone on the phone, in the car line, and at the counter as fast as possible (especially Saif). Hard to do in this understaffed world right now, but they’re pulling it off. Color me impressed."
