"I think they've shown me good service and courtesy during the 15 years I've been going there. They're often very busy, but are always friendly and helpful. I can't remember a single bad experience. Don't understand all of these negative reviews."

"Absolutely terrible customer service from Susan in the pharmacy this evening. After speaking with her colleague on the phone this afternoon and sitting in an hour of traffic to pick up my prescription, she explained that her colleague misinformed me and continuously cut me off with blatant disregard to the situation. When I asked for her supervisor’s phone number, she gave me the mainline to Kroger. After coming to this specific location for 10+ years, I’ve never been treated with such unwillingness to help."

"I've been coming to this pharmacy since it first opened. Gone is the small town feel and overall customer service. The new manager could seem to careless about the actual patients who need their service. They'll call you and tell you a prescription is ready only to have you show up and wait an hr or more. All around its just sad. This used to be a great pharmacy. Sadly, I hardly recognize the faces in there anymore. Find someplace else."

"I have used this pharmacy for over 3 years. Unfortunately, the customer service has gotten worse and worse. I realize that the pandemic has put a horrible strain on everyone, but I'm tired of receiving poor customer service. I've waited 4 days for an antibiotic for my daughter (she had an ear infection). Today, I was told that I could come at 6:15 pm. I told the rep. that I would be able to come a little after 7 and specifically asked: "Is that okay?" She said it was. I arrived at the pharmacy at 7:15 pm. The lights were off but the pharmacist was still there. She told me they closed at 7. I just wish the rep. had shared that detail with me. Almost everyone I know who uses Kroger pharmacy has had issues. What's the problem? Is customer service not important? I will pick up my final prescriptions at Kroger tomorrow morning and transfer to Publix. This means that I will probably start shopping at Publix too. Happy to pay more for better customer service."
