CVS Pharmacy 3660 Marketplace Boulevard, East Point, GA 30344

"I've been using this pharmacy for 3 years now and apparently, they hired someone new and this lady is very rude, unprofessional and has a very bad attitude. Her attitude is bad like the wigs in Tyler Perry movies. Her attitude is bad like driving in the rain with bald tires in Southern California; way too many hills. Her attitude is bad like the acting in Tubi movies. Her attitude is bad like the breath of a 2 year old who just woke up and drank 8 ounces of milk and didn't brush their teeth. Her attitude is bad like when the Saints play...any game! Her attitude is bad like the fruit you buy from Walmart and you leave it on the counter for 10 minutes. Her attitude is bad like the pain you feel after hitting your pinky toe on the corner of the bed rail. Her attitude is bad like paying for 2 day delivery fees and you still get your order 3 weeks later, and not only does the product look nothing like the picture but also like when the outfit didn't come with the body. I'm very disappointed in the way I've been treated. Be careful who you hire because a bad attitude is a bad representation of your business."

"Honestly, CVS has some of the most unprofessional and inept staff. Target Pharmacy got bought out and after Randall left, it's just been ineffectual people here since. Never timely, never answers the phone I've been IN THE AISLE on the phone trying to call them and WATCHED them flat out ignore the phone! They weren't any customers!! They will ignore you standing there too! Just unprofessional all around. I miss Tommy. Linda, Randall, et al."

"I dread going to this particular CVS pharmacy but have to because other branches are much further away. The staff is very slow in responding and if there is a line, you have to REALLY wait if you are toward the end of the line! The majority of the customers are black. I am brown, an Asian Indian, with a difficult name to pronounce and an accent. If I happen to be the only customer at the counter, one of the staff in particular, a lady with bright red braids, completely ignores me. This happened today. She was the only other staff, besides the pharmacist, and the latter was on the phone. I stood waiting for nearly 15 minutes and she paid no attention to me. Ultimately, I called out to her to get her attention and her response was a mumble. I called out again, and she came up to the counter grumbling and very irritable. When I asked her what I had to do, to get a pleasant response from her, she threw down the filled prescription bottle on the counter, which she had picked up to ring in and walked away saying, “why are you causing trouble”? Ultimately the pharmacist attended to me."
