"Pharmist is easily offended and will use your prescription to punish you. She clearly isn't in control of herself and feels the need to use her modicum power to oppress others. If you can use another pharmacy I would suggest that. She also doesn't know the value of customer service."

"I would give 0 stars if I could. The pharmacy service here is HORRIBLE!!!!! I've been shorted on my medication for TYPE 2 DIABETES!!!! They make the labels on the boxes for the injectables confusing so you can't tell how many you're supposed to receive. So I just realized that I was shorted 2 months worth of medication. The insurance won't do anything because it's a pharmacy error and the pharmacy is refusing to do anything but fill it and make me pay full price. I was kept on hold for over an hour just to be told that there was nothing they can do but fill it and make me pay full price which is stupid and I should not have to because it is a pharmacy error and not mine. Whoever I spoke to on the phone was very unhelpful and rude and very uncooperative and would not even try to help me. If you value your health and don't want to have any health issues because you can't get a hold of medication, do not come to this location."

"I’ve used this pharmacy for over a year. I switched here because it was closer than other Walgreens I was using that was over 5 miles away. I’m sorry I switched here. My big problem is the pharmacy. The pharmacist, she is very terse and seems lacking in compassion. Along with a red haired female tech. I personally have consistently had problems with meds forgotten to be placed in bag, which causes a return trip. This has happened over 6-7 times.The first time I called and was told by female pharmacist she’d com my deductible for my trouble. But when my husband picked up medicine she had amnesia. So now I’m searching for a new pharmacy. The second problem is I’m prescribed a opiate pain medication, that these two pharmacy staff, seem to go out of their way to play games, in order to make me be sorry I’m taking it. Med can be refilled 2 days early, but they insist it be filled exactly every 30 days. Yet, any other medication can be filled early without a problem. This is first time I’ve ever wrote a complaint in my 65 years. It’s sad."
