Kroger Pharmacy

"The worst pharmacy I have ever used. It may be incredibly convenient to me in terms of location but the headaches they put me through to get my prescriptions isn't worth the convenience of location. My medication is on a monthly auto-refill, however they never seem to fill it on time. Additionally, when the prescription had run out they failed to notify me. It took several days to get that issue resolved. They have terrible customer service and no one seems to really care. I will never use them again!"

"If your doctor calls in or sends a prescription in for you through the prescription portal the pharmacy will no longer fill it unless you call in and tell them to fill it. Apparently this change as well as the new hours for drive through and inside pick up have been changed by the regional manager. When I asked them for the name and contact information I was told that I could call 1-800 Kroger. To work in the pharmacy the employee must go through 3 months of training before they can start work. I was also told that the employees of the grocery division belong to a union which gives them more benefits and pay then an employee that works in the pharmacy department that is why several employees left the pharmacy and now work for the grocery side."

"They have gotten terrible. I understand being short staffed but if that is the case stop doing the vaccinations here and getting the customers their medicines that are obviously what they need. My prescription was sent to hem Friday morning and it still has not been filled. No reason to shut down the drive thru, if they have 2 people at the register inside just have one of them do the driv thru and out a hold on the vaccinations."

"We have had nothing but problems and subpar customer service at this pharmacy. Apparently they no longer fill a prescription when it is called in by your doctor so after waiting in their line for 30 minutes we were told it was not ready because we did not call ahead. Why the heck do you think my doctor called it in, for fun?!? Obviously I need it! Then the pharmacy employee kept trying to talk over me and explain herself, really?! I don't care about your new policy, I care about the hour I have now wasted and still have no prescription and no offer to rush it, I was told I have to wait 4 more hours for them to fill it. Complete lack of customer service!"

"Worst pharmacy in the county. Second time I’ve come to pick up my prescriptions when sent a text they were ready only to find out it was for some reason not pulled. Then they wanted me to wait another 45 minutes to refill it. I understand there is a process and it takes some time to get everything verified and pulled...but when you notify someone to pick up AND you give them an extra day before picking up, there is NO excuse. So...guess I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. Hope their management views these reviews and takes the feedback into consideration. You guys are losing good customers to your poorly ran pharmacy..."
