"Edit: Apology accepted. Wish you would have just said this information (extra 10 seconds to say this) instead of hanging up on me. We all have bad days but I didn't deserve that. Will update my stars for your apology though. I appreciate the quick reply, apology and explanation. I bring my friend once a month to pick up her pain meds at this pharmacy. I do not use it because my doctor is in Jefferson. I called this morning to see if they had the pain meds in and they said no. Ok, no problem. Told my friend they didn't have them as she is about to have her doctor send them there. She told me they were getting them in today. I called back to confirm they were getting their shipment in today and was told "we are not going to play that" and he hung up on me. I'm still fuming that his response as it was. I love when small businesses make it but with attitude like that, growing his business will be hard. I know I wouldn't use them under no circumstances after that."

"THIS IS NOT SPAM. I am a real person and I stand by my review! You may contact me directly. Horrible customer service. I had a prescription sent there and told them I could not pick it up for 4 days. They said that was fine. When I went to pick it up, first they couldn’t find the name in their system, then they finally found it but said they never received the prescription from the doctor, even though I had called a few days before and was told they had it. Then they called another pharmacist at home and he said they didn’t have the prescription in stock and were not able to order it. They could have called to tell me and I would have gone elsewhere. By the time I found this out my doctors office was closed, so now I have to wait til Monday to ask doctor to send prescription to another pharmacy. They were not even apologetic or sorry. I was giving a small local pharmacy a chance, but I will go back to CVS and Walgreens. McElveens pharmacy is horrible. Do not go there!,,"

"very uncomfortable experience, i genuinely regret coming here. they tried to charge me an extra $27 on my prescription and i was only aware of it because i already knew the price it should have been. when i brought up that i had coupons David tried to talk me out of using them, saying "it won't make a difference" but im glad i pushed to still use them because they ended up removing their made up fee and i saved more than half of what they tried to charge me initially. they tried to say it was because i don't have insurance but that doesn't make sense at all, i don't know if they assumed i was dumb and tried to take advantage but it's so sad because i know older people come here and they're probably getting taken advantage of as well. please go elsewhere!"
