"I wanted to love this place. It is a very convenient location. And they were indeed extremely kind to their regular customers, just not me. As I stood listening to the weather and other conversation with what must be a well known customer, being looked over after making eye contact with several employees, I realized I would have to seek assistance at another pharmacy. My ill 92 year old mother, with incontinence and dementia was sitting in the car alone. This was not the first time I was overlooked in favor of "regular" customers."
