"Had a slight misunderstanding, I needed a fake tooth in my retainer because I’m missing one in front but only got my retainer. I’ve gotten a retainer made here before but had a fake tooth from my previous retainer for it. I asked about the lack of tooth when I went to get my retainer and it was never put in the chart or whatever that I wanted the tooth. I’d have to pay extra for the tooth which I understand but can’t afford at the moment on top of having to pay monthly on my retainer until it’s paid off. I assumed price included it. I’m not blaming anyone for it, I do believe it was just a misunderstanding and possibly poor communication on both sides. I talked to at least 2 different people about it before the retainer was made and I just assumed we were on the same page. Regardless everyone was really nice, I was in and out in a timely manner and they work with you on payments etc. Clean place and I’d definitely recommend. Just make sure your being clear on what you need!"
