"I am a current patient of this office. I called today to get the cost estimate for procedures I need done and spoke with a young lady that was very rude, disrespectful and hung up the phone after I asked her what is her name. I have NEVER experienced this level of unprofessionalism with this office or any of the staff. I started coming to the office when it was called Liberty Dental. The Dentist was amazing and staff was very helpful and polite. I don’t know exactly what work I need done so I was calling to verify being that my employer changed carriers for our dental plans. I was told by the young lady “we are not going to take the time to call your insurance for you, you call them. We are short staff.” I was truly in disbelief. I don’t even know what to ask my insurance company, that why I called to verify what I needed done. I called back several times and got no answer. I never raised my voice or said anything rude so that why I felt compelled to write this review. I didn’t give her a reason to be so disrespectful. I will NEVER visit this office again."

"12 yr.old complaining about a loose tooth that we having difficult pulling out,I called this office where we (all my kids)been once before, to only get put off a few days by their staff with attitude for me to call back to tell me they would call me back not confirming if the number they had on file was correct.(they really was not plan on calling back).so I called back again few hours later. To find out;oh as of this minute and today we don't accept your insurance. They could have told me this Wednesday(I have cash)so I could have got my child a dentist.I wish I knew that this was same dentist office that had bad reviews before(I see why ).I would have went somewhere else but you all just changed the name.
