"Terrible! Waited for at least 2 1/2 hours to see the dr. They told me they were going to treat only my symptoms and not find the cause because my insurance is WV family health and it probably wouldn’t cover further testing. I was told my head tremors aren’t that bad anyway when my moms (who was with me) are progressively awful. No further appointments or answers for head tremors and that’s the end. I’m left to watch my mom suffer terribly and know what I have to look forward to with absolutely no help from these Dr. who don’t listen or care and only want money."

My husband had a stroke over a year and a half ago and has yet to see his neurologist because they keep rescheduling his appointments because of scheduling issues. They don't care about their patients. DO NOT take your loved one here if you want them to get better because it won't happen."

"I waited months for them to accept my referral and then they lost it, claimed they called when they didn’t and told me to resubmit it. They said they only had two doctors accepting new patients I think this is the reason for the poor service. They don’t want your business."
