Quality of Life

"The staff is great but everytime I have a visit a wait to be seen over an hour I'm at 2 hours right now actually as I wait to be seen.. like why do I make an appointment? One time I made a video appointment and I waited 6 hours after my appointment to get a call. Seriously just don't understand why it's such a wait to be seen because I literally see the doctor 15 min I'm in and out. I understand not everyone is 15 min appointment but damn"

"I live in Calhoun county and have called the Anniston quality is life for over 6 months, leaving multiple messages & never once even received a call back! I’m only available in the mornings, because that’s the only time I have childcare. I have never received a call back. I called the Cleburne county quality is life and was on the phone total for less than 2 minutes, and the sweet lady set me up that quick with an eye appointment! I haven’t had one since December 2018, & I’m so thankful for someone who actually answers the phone and opens at normal times!! Thank you, Cleburne county quality of life!"

"Went here for routine checkups and they DO NOT know how to bill insurance. My husband and I went on the same day for the same thing and both were billed differently! Our insurance has no copay for a well check. My husbands was billed correctly and mine was not and they expect me to pay for it because a mistake on their end! Not happening! When I called to ask them to fix their mistake, the lady was very rude and said oh well Im not doing anything or changing anything! Worst experience ever!!"
