"I usually don't do reviews, but when a friend of mine talked about her horrible treatment here, I knew I had to save others after what happened to us. We were referred a few years ago for my son's Achilles lengthening surgery. The doctor did a short look over and proceeded to do my son's surgery after he turned one. Made us drive back a few weeks later, wait over an hour for a minute (not exaggerating) appointment for him to do a capillary refill check and tell me to bring him back in a few more weeks for cast removal. 8 months after surgery I was in another appointment trying to beg for a PT referral for my 20 month old because things still didn't seem right and he kept denying my request for PT since surgery. In this appointment it was the first time he had ever mentioned my son has tibial torsion in addition to club foot. I tried asking about the condition and what can be done and the doctor who seemed uttery annoyed and frustrated by my questions raised his voice at me and snapped "your son is not normal! He'll never be normal! He's never going to win the Olympics and I hope that isn't your goal for him!" I cried my eyes out. In the office, on the way home, at home, and everytime I tell someone how absolutely awful and unprofessional this man was. Cold and uncaring. The nurse that finished us up didn't seem surprised that he behaved like this as she had heard him from the hall. I've heard from those who work with him or with his patients in some capacity that this is normal, but to try to be professional they say, "lack of bedside manner". After that appointment I pulled my son out of their care and now drive to Lexington KY twice a year minimum. They've done serial casting, tendon transfer and give us sublime care and attention and treat my son like a person. I will never ever recommend Marshall Orthopedics as long as they're still in business and still employee Dr. Raducan."
"If you are injured DO NOT GO HERE! When you find out how long it takes to be seen by a physician, you will want to go elsewhere. Then you could be refused services by other ortho doctors. They do not care if you are in pain! Go anywhere but this joke of a walkin clinic!"
"Disappointed. Follow up on surgery. Waited an hour to not even see the doctor but someone I have never met before. She took less than 3 minutes with me and out the door. I felt like I was nothing to them. When they made the appointment for the next check up it was for her again. I questioned it but was told that is how it is."
"Awesome! After battling a lower leg injury for a year and a 1/2 I was looking a possible amputation just above my right knee. Then I was referred to Dr. Bullock and what can I say but this guy is the master of ortho! He took a MERSA infected leg that looked like a grenade had went off inside it (as he puts it) LOL and got me back on my feet. After two surgeries me and my new artificial knee are back to work and doing great! NO pain and best of all off all pain meds for the first time in two years!"
"Probably one of the worst experiences that I have ever had with a doctor. First, my wait was longer than the actual visit (I timed it). When entering a room, it may be a better idea for the doctor to know why you are there. Instead, I was asked who are you, why I was there and what the issue was. All of which was in the paperwork from the doctor that referred my child. I tell him the issue and he ask me why would I think that. So I guess it’s my job to be the doctor too. Secondly, after walk down the hall and a jog back, he tells me “nothing is wrong” and “do you not agree?”. I chuckle because why would I be here if I agreed with you. He says well feel free to get a second opinion if you like in a smug voice. I said I sure will. Luckily, this was while I was out of school and not a work day I or my child missed for this. I can guarantee I will never recommend said doctor for anyone in the future. I hope that Marshall Orthopedics recognizes that they have terrible person working for them and destroying their name in the Valley."
