She's friendly and took the time to explain to my 9 year old about his teeth and gums on his xray because he was nervous about his loose teeth and adult teeth not coming in yet."

"My family and I were vacationing in the area (from Michigan) and our daughter's tooth pain that she'd been dealing with for the past a month had escalated over the past week to the point where we didn't feel comfortable waiting another week to see our family dentist. We walked-in and it was obvious that the practice had a full schedule that day, but out daughter was seated and seen within minutes. A quick visual inspection and a radiograph revealed a positioning issue with the offending tooth, and NOT any sort of cavity or infection. So our concerns of a serious issue were put to rest. The positioning issue can wait to be addressed until our return to MI, and we have the peace of mind of a diagnosis. Dr. Kines and his staff were very attentive and caring. Thanks to the entire staff for squeezing us into the schedule! Highly recommend!"
