"lady answered gave me an attitude, said i couldn’t get my test b4 the end of the month and transferred me to another clinic? called back she doesn’t answer for 5m finally does and instantly put me on hold been another 5 still nothing."

"I do not know if the people working there are really paid employer. They behave like they are forced to work there and just donot want to do even simple job like answering your question. They do not receive call at all. When they do they just hang up on you when you are in middle of making appointment. And from Next time if they hear your voice, they just keep ignoring and put you on busy tone. I have seen them busy talking to their friends or family on phone all the time but doesnot wants to talk to customer at all. May be, they are lazy to answer the questions. Never seen such employee anywhere. I needed to make appoinment but it seems there is no way around. Who ever is the manager, you need to fire those working in receptions."

"I called and asked for help finding a general practitioner. The woman gave me a nasty attitude and then abandoned me to endless hold music. When you are a part of the infrastructure people depend on to receive care, you cannot treat people this way."

"Horrible nurses. They will hang the phone up on you when you are trying to schedule. The same nurse will put you on hold and then hung the phone up on you, after being on hold for 5minutes. Constant reschedule of my appointment in their behalf. They need to evaluate them nurses for not answering the phone , and hanging up while you’re on hold."

"I would like to say how much I appreciated the service I received from all the employees who worked at Riverside High School on Friday - they were very professional , friendly and everything was so well organized.
