"Do yourself a favor. DON’T EVER COME HERE! On NUMEROUS occasions I make scheduled appointments and when I come in for said appointment, either the front desk does not see it. Or it’s not in the system. BUT I would have phone confirmation of the appointment being made. It’s ridiculous. I just got my braces taken off and I need new retainers. I call in to make the appointment last week. I come in today for them to say no one is here to help me.So now I have to change my work schedule and come back to this God awful office. And on top of that on many different occasions I’ve had to wait over an hour to be seen. It’s ridiculous and highly unacceptable. If the shoe was on the other foot you would cancel my appointment. I’ve been coming here since I was a teenager. I’m 25 currently. But the last 3 years the office has went down hill. I understand being short staff. I understand things happen. Trust me. But the systems in place are beyond ridiculous. All of the staff is nice and helpful. The receptionist made me a new appointment. So I’m thankful. That’s the only positive thing. And that only goes so far."

"This has been a billing NIGHTMARE!! They will not do any dental work until you have paid in FULL! I received a bill in the mail and I have been waiting for a return call for 4 wks for an explanation. No one cares after they have taken your money. I am receiving delinquent notices and no one is returning my calls. I have called weekly only to be told that a ticket was submitted to corporate and wait for a return call. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. OVERPRICED...HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!!"

"I waited 30 mins after scheduled appointment to be seen. The young gentlemen who came and got me didn’t say his name or apologize for my wait. The X-ray was very uncomfortable because I felt it wasn’t administered with a gentle hand. The dentist came to check my teeth before my cleaning. The hygienist wasn’t the most gentle. I had water sprayed in my face. This wasn’t an a good experience and I’ve been coming to great expressions for about 15 years. The services had diminished and thinking about leaving."

"I had a great experience going to Dr. Kristin Givan as a new patient for a routine cleaning and crown work. He and his team were efficient and communicated well. The process was as good as it gets for a dental work. No pushing of extras. I felt I was given great care and explanation of my dental state. I was hesitant to get back into a dental office after some past issues, but I am relived and happy to have found a new provider. They also gave me some options for a future service to relieve some orthodontic remains. Highly recommend visiting them for your dental needs!"
