"Customer service is hit or miss, more of a hit than miss. I honestly don’t know what’s so hard about putting on a smile and being approachable especially since you’re dealing with the public but a few of the representatives here seem to have a hard time doing so. The pharmacists themselves have all been fairly nice but the techs have not."
