"Worst dental experience ever. My 5 year old had surgery scheduled at 7am. We were told he couldn’t eat before surgery. We waited 3 hours to get called!! My baby was crying about being hungry because he hasn’t eaten since the day before. After his surgery not one person called for a follow up or anything. They sent him home with ZERO medication. Nothing for pain or antibiotics. We ended up in the emergency room the next day and they couldn’t believe our experience. This place needs to be shut down immediately."

"They made me (the only parent accompanying my two young children) wait outside in the cold with our service dog. Last I checked, federal law dictates that reasonable accommodations need to be made and service dogs must be accepted. I was not allowed to be with my children for over an hour. I will never set foot in this establishment again and highly recommend that someone from their team learns the law before they get sued."

"By far the worst experience EVER!!! We come for orthodontist but they always schedule for dentist. They are not and will never be our dentist. I wish our insurance never recommended this place. Completely unprofessional and just out to grab as much money as they can. They for not care about patients."

"It’s a frustrating experience every time I have to deal with this practice. The front desk staff is rude, they cancel my appointments without much notice, they are unorganized, the wait times are so long. It’s a money pit here, so they do what they have to do and don’t care how much they inconvenience you. Not many dentists near me accept my children’s insurance so I feel trapped here. The staff are okay with my kids and that is the only pro."

"Absolutely horrible!! Their job is to verify insurance prior to visits. I called before making the appointment to ensure they took my insurance. They said yes and everything was good when they took the kids back. A couple of months later I started getting bills. After lots and LOTS of hours spent on the phone with both them and my insurance to try and get it taken care of. They now say the are out of network and they will not take responsibility. As it was they failed to credit the $500 I had already prepaid at the appointment to cover my 'co-pay'. That being said, staff was all very nice and courteous, but if you can't hire competent people then nice staff can only go so far. Unless you have a few thousand dollars laying around to pay for the treatment. I will NEVER go back there nor would I ever recommending them to anyone."
